White Promise is a large volumed, sound footed, heavy milking, long bodied daughter of the great"Sparrows Alliance". She has twice sold for over $10,000 and we were only able to obtain her in a dispersal sale. She has raised naturally a herdsire, two outstanding daughters of "Hank" in purebred herds in Manitoba and PEI and two potential donor females for us. This great track record warranted us to elevate her to donor status. Co-Owned with Debruin Charolais.

At the ShowDown Sale a few years ago we purchased the right to flush any cow in the newly assembled LA Land and Cattle Company herd. They had put together an excellent herd of females featuring many high sellers. We toured the entire herd sorting through many until we came across a picture perfect red female and her strapping red bull calf. Although she was not on our original list, and we knew nothing about her, we figured she was one for us. Later that fall the rest of the Charolais world was introduced to Mirage and her bull calf Supremacy where they were found in the winners circle numerous times. Supremacy later won the Red Bonanza Show and topped the sale. Mirage's next calf, Royal Flush, was equally impressive as he was the Reserve Champion Bull at the World Congress Show in Edmonton before topping the Bell Ringer Sale in December.
We flushed Mirage to two great red bulls "Contender" and "Double Take" in the same flush. A Contender son from this flush topped the annual Double L Ranch bull sale in 2009 @ $10,250. Watch for progeny from this flush in the near future.

Obsession has been a standout from the day she was born. She was out of the legendary Legacy and out of a great no miss female we purchased from the Stroeve Dispersal. She later topped the National Sale in 2004 as a heifer calf where half interest sold to Faraway Cattle Company of Virginia. Due to the border restrictions at that time, she stayed in Canada and went directly into our transplant program. Obsession is TT for the marbling gene and possesses a picture perfect udder. She possesses a very strong topline and has the muscling and natural thickness the Legacy daughters are famous for. Obsession was flushed to Cardinal Bonanza who is also TT for the marbling gene. The resulting progeny have tremendous carcass traits, a unique pedigree and plenty of performance and style. We currently have embryos available from this flush.
